Acquisition News – Fatima Fertilizer to acquire certain instruments of Agritech Limited

Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited plans to procure certain instruments of Agritech Limited. This may include ordinary shares, convertible preference shares, non-convertible preference shares and zero coupon bonds / sukuks held by banking and other financial institutional investors of Agritech.

It was assured by Fatima Fertilizer that they will keep reporting any significant developments in this regard and the company will make further announcements as required under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.

The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing, producing, buying, selling, importing, and exporting fertilizers and chemicals.
